Saying sweet words
While looking at me
With those powder blue eyes
and those emerald green
They sparkle and make me weak
They stare and make me seek
Something new
Something Greek

Telling me things
I've never been told before
Not holding it in
Not able as I did not long ago
Your behavior makes me open up
It makes me see the things I stopped
My heart from accepting
The things I was too afraid to see
What I didn't dare believe

Now I'm believing
I'm turning into a daredevil
I'm seeking new emotions
New people and I'm in control
I decide for myself
I don't care what people say anymore
The words don't hurt as much as before
That's why I love you
That's why I care
You pulled me up
You opened my heart
Best friends are what we are
Without you what would I have done
Most likely I would be gone

that's how much your actions are worth
saving me, saving a life
freeing me, freeing my soul
